- The email address we have on file for you
Your details stay private. We email you a one-time code before anything is shown, and the code is sent only if the address you enter matches the one on your file.
One record across U Vision Group
U Dry Eye Institute shares a single clinical record with U Eye Laser Cosmetic, Uptown Eye Specialists and the other U Vision Group clinics. Any upcoming appointment you have with them shows here too, with that clinic’s name and address.

If your consultation is virtual, it is marked as virtual and no address is shown.
